By the Fig and the Olive,

بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ

And the Mount of Sinai,

وَطُورِ سِينِينَ

And this City of security,-

وَهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ

We have indeed created man in the best of moulds,

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ

Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low,-

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ

Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing.

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ

Then what can, after this, contradict thee, as to the judgment (to come)?

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ

Is not Allah the wisest of judges?

أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَٰكِمِينَ
